Dear Feldenkrais members
It’s February already, and we’re well into the new year! How quickly time flies.
Whatever you’re busy with at the moment, whether it’s renovating your house, going on holiday with your family or working, we’d like to remind you of our wonderful Feldenkrais Method and its effects on everyday life!
Even if it’s just for a moment, pause, feel your breath, notice the balance in your body:
How is my weight distributed? How relaxed are my eyes, mouth, tongue and jaw?
Do I have a smile on my face when I work? And how do I feel all the other parts of my body?
It’s a gift when we notice this inner state in ourselves in everyday life!
That is what our method is all about – and we can grow with it every day.
With this in mind, we wish you every success in your activities.
We would also like to take this opportunity to draw your attention to our new homepage. It is online. It is new. It is modern, informative and shows you interesting activities that are currently offered by some of our members.
You can submit your planned events to us so that we can publish them on our homepage for you.
This is where you will find the invitation to the monthly Zoom meeting or the invitation to our live meeting in Birach, and so on.
As a reminder, we are sending you some documents that you may not have registered yet and are now rediscovering for yourselves.
Please fill out the membership registration form, which will then be published on the homepage for you. We advertise for you and with you.
Take a look at our website and see how you can find yourself there.
We are also happy to accept suggestions and ideas for our homepage. It is currently under construction.
We look forward to receiving your completed membership registration forms, perhaps a registration for our live meeting (there are still places available), and your participation in the discussion or simply listening in on the Zoom meeting.
