Dear Feldenkrais Members,
April has arrived, and nature is fully awakening. Both gardens and forests are displaying a vibrant array of blossoms.
Our network and website are also becoming increasingly active.
We’ve gained new members and have already added their profiles to our homepage.
The English version of our website is now online, which we are very pleased about.
And the first ATM (Action Time-Based Learning) is available for download.
You are also warmly invited to submit a lesson you have written or revised for publication.
There’s always something new to discover when you visit our website.
We’re also taking this opportunity to remind you about upcoming events:
Our monthly Zoom meeting will take place on April 4th, 2026. Attached you’ll find a schedule that covers most time zones.
Zoom link to the meeting: https://zoom.us/j/9669812575
The last meeting in March was very interesting. It focused on how we, as Feldenkrais teachers, can guide a stressed or restless person through an ATM or FI session to become more aware of and feel calmer, more secure, and more comfortable.
On April 11, 2026, a congress on the topic of pain will take place. This congress (Swiss Congress of Integrative Medicine (SCIM)) is organized by ASCA Insurance and will be held both in person and online.
We will attach the announcement for this event to the end of our newsletter so you can find the necessary information there.
Our live meeting will take place in Birach from April 23rd to 26th, 2026. Spaces are still available.
You can participate as a day guest for just a half day or a full day, or simply book the entire seminar, including overnight accommodation and full board.
Various trainers will be on hand, eager to share their knowledge with you.
Register now! We would be delighted to see you in Birach.
Our Annual General Meeting will take place in Birach on April 25th, 2026. We have sent a separate invitation to all of you.
You can still submit motions and make suggestions.
We would be very pleased to see a large turnout.
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to broadcast this Annual General Meeting online. We are working on making this possible next year.
From May 30th to 31st, 2026, Edith Sidler will be offering a post-training course in Locarno, Switzerland.
You can find the detailed course description on our website under Advanced Training.
That’s all for now for April.
Enjoy spring and have a wonderful time!
We wish you a happy and healthy Easter with your loved ones.
Warm regards,
Your Board
